My Story
Hi, I’m Sheila Hunt, founder of Body By Sheila, LLC and proud IFBB Pro Bikini Bodybuilder. My journey has been anything but ordinary—it’s been a blend of discipline, creativity, motherhood, and a relentless passion for health and fitness. I was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico, where I graduated from Goddard High School in 1994 and then attended New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI), graduating in 1996. I chose NMMI because I craved the physical challenge and structure—it was the perfect foundation for the discipline I carry into every part of my life.
From there, I went on to earn my Bachelor of Interior Design from Texas Tech University in 2000. That same year, with my daughter Kylee by my side, I moved to Dallas to begin building both my career and my family life. For over 20 years, I worked in design and lighting sales—first as a corporate interior designer and later in lighting specification sales. In 2022, I launched my own firm, M7:7 Designs, LLC, specializing in high-end residential design. But alongside my professional career, my true passion for fitness never faded. In 2014, I began training seriously for bikini competitions—a decision that would transform my life.
After years of consistent training and growth, I proudly earned my IFBB Pro Card in Pittsburgh, July 2019. Since then, I’ve trained myself and competed at the national level, proving that dedication, balance, and persistence create lasting results. Now, with Body By Sheila, LLC, I’m taking my passion to the next level—offering peptides, weight loss products, meal plans, and fitness guidance to help others achieve their best selves. My philosophy is simple: true wellness comes from a balance of strength, nutrition, discipline, and self-care.
Above all, I’m a proud mom to my daughter Kylee Elmore, now 28. Motherhood has shaped me in profound ways—it’s taught me the importance of balance, resilience, and leading by example. When I’m not working or training, you can find me on the golf course, biking trails, pickleball courts, or spending time with family. I also love design, shopping, and simply enjoying the beauty of life. Body By Sheila is more than a brand—it’s a lifestyle. It’s about transforming not just your body, but your mindset, your health, and your confidence. I’d love for you to join me on this journey of strength, beauty, and balance.
